Isch, they really gotten to built a case against them. Since they also got them on Gateway charges (Duh of course they were the same... big surprise... NOT!) I'm seriously curious what charges and evidence they got against them. The case itself seem to be a close and shut one however from what I've read on DoJ report.
Like i have said and will keep saying Gary is smarter then we all think. I am sure he has a back up plan and of course the money to defend the charges. This will make gaming headlines very soon just wait and see

Oh, It was just for a moment sorry. I just got a 522 error for a moment

I don't think Gary will do a lot of jail time. As others said, money can buy anything in the US, including your freedom...
This guy doesn't have more money than Nintendo lol. They'll fight tooth and nail to save their reputation and to make a point. The longer the case is dragged on, the more money is spent. Nintendo can drag it on as long as they want since they have the upper hand.

Nobody knows what will happen, so let's just wait and see.

I think you confused criminal case with civil case. The plaintiff is US DOJ, not Nintendo. Nintendo can only be called as witness. Yes, money can buy you the best defense in US. But we have seen many slam dunk criminal cases been fight off with peasant lawyers, Casey Anthony's case for example. You need beyond reasonable doubt to convict someone in criminal court while you only need 51% in civil.

That being said, I do think Gary is unlikely to walk free and will get some light sentence. But there is no need to panic, with Gary gone someone will fill in. Seriously, did killing Pablo Escobar or arrest of Joaquin Guzman put a dent in the drug industry?

Nerds tend to to fear the law a lot more than a drug cartel.

I don't think the problem is about me: (If you meant something else since my mother tongue is not English I got it wrong)

A bit off topic but I was wondering, why Nintendo haven't released yet an update to block SX?
Shouldn't be the first thing to do if they really killed the team?

It will probably be released at the same time as Hyrule Warriors, later this month.
