now he will end up in jail for a couple of decades and his life will end like this.
but .... how smart it is! :vul2:
"fox" .... being smart is another thing!

The evidence is not made public and no one can predict the outcome just yet. This is hardly a slam dunk case since all manufacture and distribution happened in China which DOJ can't access. The mere fact TX site is still up running and SX core still shipping after Gary's arrest can be for his defense. Saying he will be in jail for couple of decades is absurd. I will surprised if they can get anything more than 5 years with eligible for parole after 1 year and 8 months.

An Italian who thinks they know the American justice system.. sounds smart. Arrogance and ignorance much?
You do realize with money buys very good lawyers who if they know the big corporate lawyers are more able to swindle good deals to have less jail time or just probation, right?

On top of that, they wouldn't be foolish enough to have the servers running in America because as they even stated, they knew Nintendo was on their tail... and as everyone is stating, SX is still up; and as I said weeks ago I bet they're changing the hosts / servers to move around.
They're only able to go after them because of them (the individuals) on US soil and because of Gary's business in America -- which is why the "conspiracy to" charges. They have to make those charges stick.

I don't think Gary will do a lot of jail time. As others said, money can buy anything in the US, including your freedom...

even thou the sx.xecuter.c0m site is still up... its doesn't seem that the "activate license" tool is generating correct license files .....
just installed a fresh chip in a new switch, and it says the licence file is not valid for this console :(
If no one else is having issues maybe where you purchased it from has sold you a chip where the license has already been activated

Even 7-8 years is great
Isch, they really gotten to built a case against them. Since they also got them on Gateway charges (Duh of course they were the same... big surprise... NOT!) I'm seriously curious what charges and evidence they got against them. The case itself seem to be a close and shut one however from what I've read on DoJ report.
