Hardware i just buy a new switch, but it screen kind a little yellow?

Mariko switches (Switches that come in red box) and switch lites have a revised screen that has warmer colors. Its normal and the only way to change it (theoretically) is to buy a screen from earlier switch models and swap it out, but I dont know if that would work.
If by "revised" you mean "cheaper" :P
That is normal on newer switches, they use a different display. There is a homebrew called Fizeau to adjust display color temperature. I do not know if it is compatible with your switch though.
That homebrew doesn't work that great, it doesn't really adjust color temperature but just applies a color filter undiscriminatively on the entire screen, which has some drawbacks, notably that it applies just as much color onto light and dark areas, making black not black anymore. It works OK as a blue light filter, but I wouldn't have it permanently enabled.

I've also noticed the display being shifted to yellow while watching a Youtube video, but to me it just looks like bad colour curves. You'd need to change them with something like Fizeau, but it's not compatible with SX OS.

Yes. There's a YouTube app. Not sure if it's available in your region. But there's even a patched version out there that bypasses the Nintendo server check, so it can be used in cfw and banned units as well.

There's no one "new" or "old" screen in terms of color temperature, there's a lot of variation on screens of all models even from the same panel manufacturer. At 3:22 you can see two lites here with obviously different characteristics and testimony from someone who is a display snob and has worked with at least double digit amounts of switches and measuring with objective tools used for calibrating monitors. Comparing a single old to a single new unit isn't going to tell you nearly as much.
