I have 2 Nintendo Switch with the same problem. After USB-C replacement, i got these problems.
When I press the power only the Nintendo logo appears, then the screen goes black.
I've checked pin 5 and 6 of the M92T36. Both are 3.3V.
All other caps around M92T36, PI3USB and BQ24193 are OK.
Does anyone know how to repair?

Before changing the USB-C port the logo passed? Try changing the M92T36 if you have a new one or from a donor board.

Did you happen to fix this? I have the same issue.

USB meter showing a pull of 0.03 amps.

I have a similar problem.
Bought a brand new switch. Installed sx core booted into sx loader and created a emunand
Then tried to boot into cfw ... got nintendo logo and black screen right after.
Tried to boot into ofw ... same thing.
I am stuck with this one.
If you can please help...

Look for some shorts on the flex.

Thanks a lot.
Was able to sort this out.
Looks like the problem was a missing capacitor on the nand module.
Once soldered back. All is working.
Luckily I had an extra Emmc module.
Would be great to know the capacitor data or value to revive the other module
