i was thinking about possible exploits on the nintendo switch, and thought of the switch "hidden" broswer, think of it, you acces it through the settings, which means it probably has system access or something, and also, nintendo hides it most likely because its not done, which means they might not have thought of every possible exploitable bug, please tell me if you think it would be possible

you do realize that you have set yourself up for a lot of negative comments, right? If there was any exploit that could be abused in the browser, it would have been done already. They up dated their browser security after the browserhax on the 3ds&2ds systems.

Perform a pagan ritual at the alter of Sciresm and hax will surely appear, magnificent and menacing.

That honestly makes more sense than your idea. Thinking of a basic strategy that has been done to death and somehow believing that folks much smarter than you haven't already tried it before .. I mean, what's to gain by this?

Another issue that you (and plenty others) aren't considering is that even when people come up with some awesome new hack, why wouldn't they just sell it to Nintendo for $$$? A better strategy for ordinary people to be helpful is to set up a counter bounty, and somehow make it attractive enough to lure devs away from Nintendo's hackerone bounty. Still a longshot, but it beats sharing daydreams about Captain Obvious strategies on these forums.

Idk if you noticed the “exploit suggestion thread” and the general consensus of how stupid posting these things are. You really think after how the Wii U was hacked that
1) Noone has considered a browser exploit
2) Nintendo haven’t considered this

If you wan’t to help hack the later models, learn to do it yourself. Your not going to spark an idea into an experienced hackers brain, that has years of experience finding/exploiting different entry points.

Do you seriously not ask yourself before making these threads, “has a talented hacker, with 1000x more knowledge and insight into switch hardware & software than me really not though of this”?

The community appreciates the thought and the enthusiasm, however, most of the time entrypoints are found in applications that you'd never think would be vulnerable like Cubic Ninja, OoT (in the 3DS's case), and I'm sure hackers have already torn the Switch's browser service apart a thousand times looking for a possible exploit.
