Do you mean "reload the icon without reboot"? If so, you can delete a game content (like dlc, upd or nsp forwarder) then the system will reload the icon.

I'm not too bothered by rebooting, most themes require a reboot anyway.

@SodaSoba this mod DOESN'T require reboot, unless you delete the sys-tweak folder, or boot without atmosphere cfw after power down the console (why would you shut down the Switch if you have sleep mode anyway), it's permanent.

So icons can be replaced on the fly then? Dang I wish I could code, I'd image it not being an impossible task to write something that could download icons to the correct atmosphere folder for each game

ah, you mean that, in that case yes you need reboot for the new icons take place.

Even so I can't imagine it would be difficult to implement something? Like I said before themes require a reboot anyway, a lot of the theme apps have some reboot implemented.
Still thank you for the tutorial as you can guess I've been playing around.
