they are really very successful! which application did you use for retouching them?Here there are some models I have done, they are Misty (I wanted to copy Mixeli's MIsty) Professor Oak(by me), Team Plasma's recruit (BW 2)(by me)
Ash and red, both are playable with 0 bugs, you can run and do anything you want. I desbugged @gryz red's models and added the bag and the texture's bag, same with Ash but Ash has not bag, Ash's textures are made by my friend @Punxhi05 View attachment 227319 View attachment 227320
If you are new in all this stuff, I don't recommend you by doing this because I had to remodel 3d models in blender, just start by editing textures with photoshop and extracting them with ohana 3ds.they are really very successful! which application did you use for retouching them?

Sure, ow models are in a/0/2/1 and trainers battle models are in a/1/3/3Just started dabbling in ORAS romhacking for 3D modeling practice and made a model/texture edit of Absol to be more accurate to the original design and to fix the washed out colors of the 3DS models. Works great on console, too.
I'm thinking of doing this kind of thing in general for the game, if possible, but the pastebin I found for a lot of the file locations isn't particularly well written. So, while I'm here, does anyone know where the overworld building models are in the romfs (assuming there's not a major change in the replacement process)?

I'm looking to edit them so you can look at them in full 3D (the backs of the models are missing atm), but have no clue where to be looking. Unless replacing those models would mean just directly editing the full map models (in like 0/2/3 iirc) instead? Not sure how ORAS is structured.

Ooooooof look at @Asia81 tutorial how to extract a 3ds game files, and later look at how to import characters models in ohana 3ds (sorry but I'm not gonna explain you everything because it's quite long) I hope you understand xdIn ORAS, cuz I have no clue how you extract the models and reimport them with the skeleton.
