Hacking Psp noob questions please help

Hi, new to the psp scene. I have 2 questions

1 since psn is not alive on the psp anymore, if i downloaded a game and got pro cfw how would i play it?

2. How can i install the littlebigplanet update on ppsspp so i can use the dlc? i want the extra levels on my pc

Not possible to do with the emulator, get it already updated or update it for yourself using the real console.

I think you can still use a web browser to purchase psp games, then use the download list on the psp to download them.
