I read that the Wii U does not support sdxc cards. I wanna use a 128gb micro sd with adapter to install games to usb hdd and it's an sdxc. Will it work once homebrewed or no?

Thanks!

You would have to format it to fat32.

Do not use windows to do this
Use
http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm

I have guiformat. If its FAT32 wont that prevent me from transferring and installing games larger than 4gb? I had a 32GB card I used for my WiiU, I'm doing this one for a friend and I'm getting a 128gb sdxc anyway for use with sd2vita so I figured before I set it up for the vita I'd use it to install games on my friends wii u

The actual installable game files .app etc. None of the individual files are larger than 4GB

I have games that are 10-13GB

EDIT: I'm an idiot and totally missed the point of what you were saying. No single file within the installable folder is over 4GB. That would make my problem null lol
