Thank you so much! This was exactly my problem. I just restarted from scratch using fuse-primary and the Sig patches seem to be working for gamecard installer, been too busy to try goldleaf yet but I'm assuming that was the problem for that as well.

Also sorry tad unrelated, after I install with gamecard installer it tells me to update. So I booted the switch without cfw, updated, then launched games in airplane mode (in cfw). Is this right?

I can't help with you with gamecard installer as I don't use it, I install all my game via usb method with goldleaf.

Booting in ofw doesnt make your nand clean, theres a good chance you flagged yourself for a ban unless you dont have any nsps installed.

is nintendo still banning constantly or do they ban in waves as they did with the 3DS back then?

Usually not ban wave, just regular ban one by one, unless they are banning people from a big game, like for pokemon on the 3DS before they have done ban wave.

If I have been online once with a dirty NAND, I am done, right?
When I go online, I will get banned sooner or later?

Huh well then, i didnt know that. I stand corrected then. Anyway going back to the initial issue, they probably werent using the new patches for 0.14.2.
Just fyi, the fusee-secondary payload is actually the file called "payload.bin" from the official Atmosphere release under the "sept" folder.

Oh i know fusee secondary is part of atmosphere, its used even when booting with fusee primary
Oh okay :D
I thought you just weren't aware of it

Apart from that...
I tried looking for a way to implement the most recent changes from the 29CA1C792CF3AB63 and 987521753F9B8CE9 patches from the 'primary' pack into the patches.ini for fss0/Hekate use.
But I cannot seem to find a way to know what the first set of values for each one should be for those.

Here's the patches that need changing on the ini:
#Loader Atmosphere-0.13.0
[Loader:987521753F9B8CE9]
.nosigchk=0:0xB74:0x4:00E45039,20008052
.nosigchk=0:0x6FDC:0x4:48010054,1F2003D5

#Loader Atmosphere-0.14.1
[Loader:29CA1C792CF3AB63]
.nosigchk=0:0x1B24:0x4:00A85839,20008052
.nosigchk=0:0x67CC:0x4:48010054,1F2003D5

The first 9875 one has extra 4 bytes of change, and the 29CA one is different for primary.
@Ibcap how do you obtain the first set of 4 bytes for each loader patch?
For example, from your latest pack you posted:
#Loader Atmosphere-0.14.2
[Loader:24589247BF87BAD1]
.nosigchk=0:0x1B54:0x4:20A81839,20008052
.nosigchk=0:0x686C:0x4:48010054,1F2003D5

How do you know or where do you get those values in bold from?

EDIT:
Huh, I just checked with the latest 0.14.2 fusee-primary patches, and now the 9875 patch and 29CA patches match those we had before, they're no longer different O.o

The pack I uploaded is unmodified from what haruko made, youd have to ask her how she got them.

Oh well, will see if I can find her somewhere.
In the meanwhile, I have updated the OP with the latest sigpatches for 0.14.2
I will also be posting the old 0.14.1 sigpatches in here just for reference, and in case they're needed later on.

Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT use the sigpatches in this post.
They're just for reference and archival purposes, the updated ones are in the OP now.

No point updating atmosphere right now anyway. The games load slower now for some reason, and the emuiibos don't work anymore!
Emuiibo needs to be updated with the latest Atmos libraries, due to updates in thei mitm stuff.

Also, to all people having issues with certain games not booting, make sure you don't have any kind of mod installed for said game, as that has been confirmed to cause issues. Remove the mods, then test the game to see if it boots.

If it does, then try searching for an updated version of the mod, or ask the dev to update it for latest CFW/sigpatches.

All of my games work, I never said otherwise. I said it takes games longer to load, the loading screen lasts longer than on the previous version of atmosphere.

Do you know where to find those latest atmos libraries? I thought they weren't released yet.

Oh, the second part was aimed towards users in general, not you.

As for the libraries, I think it's this one:
