Ok I just discovered this site ps4database. Do those patches work on all Pkg? How do they work?

doubtful. most of those update sites have legit patches. if you own the game, you can install it no problem, and it will work. then, you can make a fpkg of the update.

dump with app dumper, create a gengp4 of the dump, then make fake package with orbis (fake package generator). there's a tutorial in @KiiWii 's thread. I made a tutorial too, but it's not on temp.

orbis is sony property, so you have to google for it, but I tell you what to google. also, in case of saves, keystones are not a part of updates, only base game, so you should be fine there.
