Alright yall so Star Trees are patched out.. which also means that Smoking Gyroid and whatnot is untradeable again

However I know there is a code in the game that has random furniture fall out of shaken trees.. so there has to be a way to modify which furniture falls out..

That may just spawn a money tree once placed

No - "internal" items are the ones that you can't drop/trade and the work around used to be making them into an item tree and then having them wrapped / having friends open/shake them

Since that's done - I know that there is some code in game that has regular old trees have furniture fall out (there's a nook miles achievement for it). I'm wondering if that pulls from a pre-determined database at random or if its something that can be modified.. Its worth looking into because you could spawn regular trees and have whichever items fall out you want (after like 90 shakes)

Damn, I'll miss my frag trees. Are rom fs mods ok to take online? I know everything has risk, but isn't rom fs considered a type of edit that will be sent to nintendo when connecting online?

It will not work online.
It will only work in local game or offline with both switch patched.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask but, I can't open NHSE anymore with the ACNH 1.4.1 update tonight. The error is "unknown revision". I downloaded the latest version of NHSE which was updated 7 hours ago (possibly before the AC update went live). Is anybody else having this issue?

So if it only works on local, I'll see the patched trees on my end but it will be money trees on the other person's end? Or will it simply not connect? Just curious.

Yeah, it will not open now.
U need to wait for the update

no idea what has happened. but it seems my item slot 21-40 are functionally infinite. crafting materials that are in there don't deplete. money bags in there don't disappear if used (though they can still be "put away" and it will add to the total and disappear)

i haven't changed anything in the codes i use aside from updating them to work in 1.40. now we have the 1.41 update and it's still happening.

is there a way for me to fix it?
