Come on! There are many, many different consoles and lots of them have nothing to do with "aarm64 arch".

While there are open source games for Linux, they will not necessarily compile under that version of Linux unless they are specifically re-written for the features provided by that version of Linux. (There's a version of Linux for 3DS as well, but it can't be used to run any open-source Linux game either.)
