Hi everyone!

I'm thinking about switching from Atmosphere to SX OS, but I've got a few questions:

- Tinfoil does not show icons in new games anymore. This should work in SX OS, right? So that you can search on icons instead of a list with names?
- In Atmoshere, all the games installed on the Switch are visible in the home-menu when turning on the Switch (just as in OFW). What are the games show in the home menu on SX OS and why do you need to go to Album to show all the games? What's the difference between the games?
- I have got a USB Dongle, but not from SX OS. Do I need to buy this or can I put files on my current USB dongle?
- Do cheats work in SX OS?
- How to play games from external drive? I know I need XCI files to run from external drive, but do they need to be installed to SD card?

I've googled a few questions, but couldn't find a good answer to these questions.

I don't know if Atmos is installed to sysnand or emunand. I do know AutoRCM is enabled (I cannot boot into OFW anymore). Do I need to factory restore the Switch?

Any other tips when switching from Atmos to SX OS?

Im just curious why? I get xci support, but if you like emulation, half the developers refuse to support SX OS, so you run into a large bunch of problems running emulators that can’t be fixed :P.

YOu can use a RCM Loader with SXOS
SXOS has it very own cheat engine
I think there is a special section of SXOS that you go to that reads the games off of the external HD. Othe than that it can read the XCI from your HD.

Naw. I'm on SX and beat Crisis Core and Chrono Trigger. Just make sure you're on Fat32 no matter the CFW.

Installed NSP's are all shown on the home menu as well on SX OS. If you're talking about the 'Games' tab in the album, those are XCI's that have been either pasted to your SD card or an attached HDD. Note that XCI's can also be 'installed' in the 'Installer' tab similar to NSP's.

Copy and paste XCI files to your external drive, plug it in the dock, and launch via the 'Games' tab in the album. You do it through the 'Games' tab because that mounts the XCI to behave like a cartridge. You don't need to access the album ever when launching installed NSP's though.

Thanks a lot! How does it work with updates and DLC? Where to put them?
