If I understand correctly, you're not using emuNAND. You're running a sysNAND CFW, right? In that situation, your best option, if you want to connect to Nintendo's servers, is to restore your NAND dump that you should have made before you started hacking. That's assuming that you didn't try to connect to Nintendo's servers after creating that backup.

I see, so besides nand backup or haku33 there are no other options available, damn.. rookie mistake I guess

Also I didn't did nand backup since I went reading around here and from what I gathered, once u use at least once sysmmc ur switch is dirty and since I didn't backed up anything prior using sysnand, the best option I found was haku33... so yeah, here's to hoping ninty never found out about it

It's still good to make a NAND backup, just in case you screw up during your hacking experiments and need to go back to a working state. You should do one now.

I do have one, I installed emummc then immediately did a boot0/boot1/raw ggp backup before doing anything else

Are you able to download a game update if you have Incognito activated? Connect to WiFi for FTP?

I’m just beginning to dip my toe into homebrew and am unsure what I can safely do while having Incognito activated.

I know theres not a 100% guarantee to not get banned. Just wanna ask anyone here who’s got a properly set up emunand/emummc with incognito/exosphere installed and connected to the internet and is still doing fine with their stock fw not banned?

As long as never go online with CFW/homebrew, the chances of a ban are minimal to zero. You don't even need Incognito or exosphere.
