Homebrew Help with TWmenu++ Pokemon SS blackscreen

Ok so I go to load up TW & I select Pokemon soul silver & it loads the game i here the start up music but I have a black screen & I can’t do anything apart from here the music of the game & end up pressing menu to back out of the game.

any help would be much appreciated, thanks

I’m using a 3DS XL (v11.13.0-45E) & luma3ds v10.0.1

then install the rom somewhere else
