That's pretty reasonable when you look at the pic on the last page.
Aren't you worried a swat team wearing Mario suits is gonna kick in your door though?
Knowing that N is monitoring this thread and any new user can be N's agent this sounds as if it was a threat .That's pretty reasonable when you look at the pic on the last page.

I'm only buying a device to load custom firmware i have presumption of innocence.. A company that states that something is ilegal doesn't make it ilegal.. only legislative power from each country can make something ilegal or notYou can take all the screenshots you want. You are buying an illegal device in paypals eyes.

DMCA is only in the US.The DMCA states that its illegal. You would be the one that would have to prove otherwise. Good luck getting paypal on your side lol
Paypal considers the modchip a banned item;I'm only buying a device to load custom firmware i have presumption of innocence.. A company that states that something is ilegal doesn't make it ilegal.. only legislative power from each country can make something ilegal or not
Paypal considers the modchip a banned item;
You say - 'I'm only buying a device to load custom firmware'
Paypal considers a 9mm handgun a banned item
You say - 'I was only going to use it for target practice'
Do you seriously think you're getting your money back in either case?
Agreed, my point is if it doesn't work out you're on your own. Having said that I have paid for my SX Core using Paypal, but in doing so I acknowledge there is a risk of losing my money.Don't matter as you can still literally use paypal to get them without hassle
