Hacking A little help please atmosphere error code 2168 0002

I'm new here and my english is not very good. I updated my switch from 9.2.0 to 10.0.2 offline and when I went to play pokémon shield the screen was freezing and then showed the error error code 2168 0002. Apparently the other games are working normally. what should i do ???

Remove the 4200000000000010 folder from the Atmosphere contents folder and try again.
