ROM Hack Question How do I make there trees using NHSE? (ACNH)

Hi!

I saw an ACNH island with trees spawning NMTs, Gold Nuggets, and Star Fragments. I am sure these are illegal trees and can only be obtained by hacking the game. Anyone got any idea how to make them? I tried using NHSE but can't find them in the item list.

Save editing via NHSE for example.
Use a money tree + uses= 32 + count= internal ID

NMT tree example: money tree + uses= 32 + count= 5851

No. Once you shake the fragments off, the tree turns into an oak tree BUT, it has wasp in it daily.

No you can't do this without modding the game files, coconut trees/other fruit trees can only grow their respective fruit on an unmodded game.
