Hi peeps,

So I think i may have goofed up royally on my spare switch, basically what happened was I applied CFW Hekate/Atmopshere onto my switch and then I havent touched the switch in a long while. I backed up the old switches OG Recovery should I want to revert it back to a clean NAND. But I then upgraded parts and formated my computer I thought i had moved the clean recovery onto my SSD turned out i had my old recovery from a previous nand backup and so i used it to revert back the CFW on switch unknowingly that it was for a previous nand backup. So my switch when i tried to boot it into clean SYSNAND it turned black.

Now when i try to boot up my switch it wont turn on, I tried holding the power button for 12 seconds to reset, didnt work. I tried holding up power up and down then power button nothing happened. I tried booting up RCM with an RCMLoader the switch not booting up. Thought the switch maybe ran out of power so i docked to try and charge the switch but it doesnt turn on after docking it to charge for at least 12 hours. Is this switch a goner? Also missing the old clean NAND, can i restore the system back to its pristine original state without a RAWNAND?

Mainly what I'm asking is:

1)How do i get my switch to boot on again?
2) If it can boot on how do i restore back my switch to its original state with CFW? this switch was only used to mod Pokemon Sword and Shield nothing else

DO IT!!!

Just get the console to boot through RCM again. Although its better if you use a computer to inject payloads as it'll be harder to differentiate between RCM and a black screen now.

Hm... I reformatted the switch.. now it wont even boot on .

I'm trying to trigger RCM by pressing the volume down button and power and then connecting the cable. but it keeps saying on TegraRCM "NO RCM"

So its a goner? no way to fix it? cause when i leave it plugged in and then try the RCM my computer detects then i dont see the NO RCM switch to RCM

I have added the RCM jig in ofc on the right side of the switch and held the power and volume down button. this isnt the first time i've installed CFW into my switch. The problem is when I installed CFW on my switch i stopped using my switch after a while and I zero'd my harddrives cause i wanted a fresh computer but didnt back up the right NAND backup probably an older one i had. As a result when i tried to install that old NAND backup not knowing it was an old version at the time it resulted in my switch not turning on, so i booted it up with RCM Jig + Injecter and it booted up with CFW but cant boot up SYSNAND cause im assuming it was because i tried to recover it with an OLD NAND back up. So i booted it up again in CFW and pressed reformat switch and then it turned off and now i cant boot it back up after holding the power button for 12 seconds and press power again for a hard reset. Then I tried booting it with RCM jig then pressing volume down and power button then plugging into my pc nothing happened.

However when i leave the switch plugged in with its RCM to my computer and press volume down and power my pc detects it but on Tegra it remains NO RCM.

I managed to boot it somehow just now.

it says

Missing LPO (Sleep mode) lib/
Missing or old Minerva Lib/

Update bootloader folder

press any key

No need to repeat the first message. I already read it which is how I came to the conclusion you loaded a firmware lower than the fuse count. If you really are pressing the right buttons with the jig inserted, you might need to either fix your jig or use something else to short pin 10.

i booted it, but there is text sideways saying the following:

Missing LPO (Sleep mode) lib/
Missing or old Minerva Lib/

Update bootloader folder

You just have to update your Hekate files on your sd card.

Also doesn't formatting your switch just remove everything? You're gonna have this issue everytime unless your switch CFW matches your fuse count. Probably best to update your switch with choidujourNX to the most recent so you can boot into stock firmware.

Would i install CFW first or update using ChoidujourNX first?
