Hacking Question Lost SD Games after updating

I had some games installed in my SD and I updated hekate and Atmosphere, and now they aren't detected (and the switch tells me that I should download them again).
Nevertheless, the space is as full as it used to be, so they aren't deleted from the SD.

Is there any way of checking why they aren't recogniced?
