Edit: All works fine for me, thanks a lot guys but with the cheat code "bells/miles won't deplete" you can't repay the loan, you have to desactivate it and it's good

I'm curious as to why you're putting (BAN RISK) on every one of the codes you're putting. As I understand it, ALL cheats are a ban risk because of the games check on connect to internet. Is that what you're referencing or is it these codes specifically?

tldr; all codes are ban risk if used on a network connected switch, as far as I know its fine as long as you dont load code at anytime that you are trying to use online.

Yeah, but I'm just wondering if those codes do anything different than the rest. As I understood it the rule was, ACNH checks for altered code when connecting to servers, so don't use the game with cheats enabled if you're connecting to nintendo servers. I think its fine to use cheats on emunand with prodinfo removed and 90dns, etc, do stuff, then transfer save to sysnand and restart into sysnand with no rcm or cfw running. Just as long as you at no point connect online while cheats running, you're fine. (Just trying to clarify for myself and others, kinda offtopic sorry.)

no you're fine. i have 2 switches, one clean, one hacked. since the rule is don't use cheats when you're connected to nintendo but what if you're locally connected - have incognito, and have your hacked visit your legit and have your cheats on. is that really any different from transferring 40 items at a time and going back and forth?

I would assume you are safe, as you are not connected to the internet and the altering code is running on the hacked switch only. As long as the hacked switch never connects to the internet and is not allowed to contact nintendo, it should be fine as well. Your clean switch will show no altered game code to flag it as cheating. However, I'd probably not have cheats turned on with the hacked switch when connected to a clean switch simply out of abundance of caution regardless, as monotonous as it would get reconnecting over and over.
