I completed both luigi's Mansion 100%, but I don't remember if after the credits you return to the final boss.

I remember playing it so long ago, but I gave up on trying to unlock everything.

3DS Save Bank only accepts Checkpoint/JKSM saves. You are thinking of 3ds-savefiles which takes flashcard saves.

Instructions are on the site and it is easy to do. You just zip your save folder and upload it for the save file you are doing. Then write a description.
