Hi before updating the switch I updated to the latest version of atmosphere version 0.11 and kosmos to 15.5. Then I used choidojournx to update to 10.0 and now when I inject the payload it shows the kosmos and sept logos but then it gets stuck in a black screen.
If I inject the hekate payload I can launch CFW sysnand but no games show up and when I inject fusee primary or select launch CFW emmunand they both give me a black screen. I made sure i also uninstalled the themes I had before updating. Can this be fixed with a simple drag and drop of files I'm missing or what do I need to do? I was on 9.1.0 and went straight to 10.0.0 should I have updated to 9.2.0 first??

EDIT ISSUE FIXED: I had to delete the atmosher, bootloader and sept folders. For some reason I was getting a black screen eventhough I had updated the cfw before updating the firmware. Hope this helps other people

Remove everything from atmosphere/contents and copy new fresh files there from atmos/kosmos. Happened to me too.

I'm hoping someone can assist me, because I have almost exactly the same problem as OP. Updated from 9.2 to 10.0.1 with Choidujour, but when I boot through Hekate, I receive a fatal error notification, title id 01000000000005, Error Desc: std :: abort () called (Oxffe).

Did some googling and seen this problem arise enough to follow the advice given, so I deleted the necessary folders and used fresh files from SDSetup. When that didn't work, I checked the msd card for errors, none of which were found, and eventually formatted the card with fat32 format. Put the fresh SDSetup files back onto the msd card, but I'm still receiving the error.

I can't think of a place where I tripped up. Choidujour verified the fw files, and I've been using the program for a while now. Everything on my msd card seems to be properly placed. Any ideas would be sincerely appreciated.

Have you got this error while loading you system as CFW or OFW ?

If both failed, you will probably need to restore your nand using backup

I don't have one, it appears. I had a nand folder on my hdd but it's empty. I think I made the folder with the intent to back up but put it off.

When attempting OFW, I reach the Nintendo screen and then it cuts to black. I do have copies of my biskeys and prod.keys, however.

I hit similiar issue:
Are you able to launch from hekate Payloads -> fusee-primary.bin ?
