I know there is an old thread but is it still possible with the newer firmwares to have an sd for stock nand with all legit games and save, and then a second sd with emummc?

i can confirm that my setup with separate SD card for stock legit sysnand on fw 10.0 and separate sd card with cfw emummc on 9.2 still work.
if i want to setup emummc for the first time and i have firmware 10.0, is it possible or would i get banned because its the newest update?
