Hello. I am trying to use Choidujour for my switch and I get the following message after running
ChoiDujour.exe --keyset=keys.txt fw

"Using source firmware files from folder fw
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "ChoiDujour.py", line 517, in <module>
File "ChoiDujour.py", line 225, in call_hactool
Exception: Error: section 0 is corrupted!

[472] Failed to execute script ChoiDujour"

I have firmware 9.0.0 in the fw folder. Anyone have any ideas?

The only way I've ever done is is use ChoidujourNX as a homebrew app and install the firmware directly to the Switch. Works like a charm I recommend it.You just put the firmware on your sd card and you select it in ChoidujourNX and it let's you install it.

Damn. I am currently bricked cause I didn't know what burnt fuses were until it was too late. I downgraded from 9.0.0 to 3.0.0 using choidujour. Looks like there is nothing I can do unless choidujour gets an update to handle later firmware.

Also thanks for the replies. I won't bother trying to fix my switch until another option becomes available.

Why not just use a lower firmware with ChoiDujour?

All custom bootloaders bypass the fuse check upon coldboot.

Hmm the fuse count was the only thing I could think of that would of been my problem. I have followed the choidujour guide and tried almost every firmware. I cannot get my switch to boot after I load the kip file.
I also noticed that when I try to use lockpick or biskey dump it says my keyblobs are corrupted.
I am not sure what to do at this point.

Boot ReiNX instead of Hekate in the last step.

What firmware were you on when you tried to boot ReiNX and what version of ReiNX did you use?

I am on 3.0.0 firmware and reinx is 2.4.

I am going to try upgrading to 6.1 and try launching reinx again to see if anything changes.

Edit: I tried again from 6.1 firmware using 2.4 reinx and I get the same issue. I dont think its reinx though. I think I messed my switch up

Use ReiNX version 2.3 as 2.4 doesn't play well with any firmware version below 7.0

I tried 2.3 I get the same issue. Thanks for helping me. I really dont know what to do lol

Did you perform a system initialize during Step 8.7?

If you have a nand backup for 9.0.0 you can fix it if not make one now backup the full nand the rawnand.bin and the boot1 and boot0 files dont quote me on it but I think there is a way to fix a broken nand there should be homebrew software for it if not there should be there is for every other console
