why dont you update the first post with useful information instead of having everyone read 10+ pages just to get what they need?

Because it's a work-in-progress that's not finished yet, and it would be useless to say "Hey everybody here's a link to this thing I came across that doesn't work yet, I'm not the developer, and I don't even know when it'll be finished." Ah, sorry! I didn't think to include that information as it is already in the thread (earlier). SirVillager has posted the species IDs if you search a bit farther back. They are sort of in alphabetical order, but not really. eg, Cub comes before Chicken even with the Cs all grouped together, and Koala comes before Kangaroo for instance. Alligator is just out there hanging out between C and D by himself. Smh.

I think I made a discovery on how campsite villagers work! I’m not sure what would happen if no villager is present in the campsite before changing anything, but if you scan an amiibo into your campsite, at 0x4F6D94 and 0x4F6D95 are the ids for the villager. 0x4F6D95 is the species of animal (Ex. cat, dog, horse...) and 0x4F6D94 is the individual id of the villager (Ex. 03 02 Twiggy, 05 02 Piper, 0F 02 Lucha...). I haven’t tested out everything yet but I do know that individual ids correspond to the model numbers for the villagers. Here’s the hex values for species.

Whoops, missed you in my first response. Yes, it would work for the next villagers, all the way to 10 -- I just don't have that many villagers yet so I couldn't easily pluck em out of there from the hex with my eyes. They should be the same distance apart in the hex though and you could manually count rows (or do the math if you're extra savvy) to find the empty villager/next slots, I just didn't have time to and grabbed the easy pickings, as it were.

Interesting detail from the patch notes:

• In order to experience an upcoming seasonal event, after downloading Ver. 1.1.1 and once the event starts (real-world time), you will need to launch the software while connected to the internet to update to Ver. 1.1.1a.
• Please note that a user with a linked Nintendo Account must launch the software to update to Ver. 1.1.1a.

I wonder if the usual groups will be able to "extract" 1.1.1a and if it will be able to be installed like a regular update.

Looks like the 1.1.1a update is going to be for Earth Day and brings Leif back.

In other words- yes it'll most likely be ripped and installable but it sounds like you'll need a linked Nintendo account to actually use it.

i forget the name. hakana or something. with atmosphere. turned off my cheats when going online, never used them online. airplane mode unless i needed to visit someone and they still smacked me. had to connect to my internet 3 times, first time it automatically told me to check my internet which is always good, second time it took a good minute but still said no, 3rd time it connected and when i tried to update new horizons it said restricted by nintendo lol. had to local update from my new horizons switch to get the game to open xD and now im stuck having to transfer stuff only and no online until a hack releases to change that lol

No because only yuzu is capable of codes. You can edit your save file manually with a hex editor though

Yes, you are supposed to use JKSV. It is safe to update to 1.1.1, especially if you're backing up your save file beforehand.

you have to inject your save before you update, then update because the game will convert it to a higher save file version
and if you want to save that file then have it on updated version and back it up

Every time i try to add the diy recipe Ultimate Pocket Stuffing it is a blank card no name. Im trying to not have to play my hacked switch island i just wanna copy stuff over for my none hack switch. Do you or anyone know the right code to get that? and does anyone know the different fruit furniture codes?

The machine prints it out and your villager activates it automatically so that's probably the issue.
