Hacking doesnt load past the cfw logo

SXOS and reinx doesnt load past the cfw logo, but atmosphere and OFW works fine. Ive tried a few different sd card and fresh files, and tried exfat and fat32. Also tried the sd cards in a different switch and they work fine.
The switch is on fw 9.2 and sxos 2.9.4 beta. Ive tried to downgrade to 8.1 and still cant load past logo.
I think it happened after I tried to update tinfoil inside the app
