With two Disgaea games available on the Nintendo Switch, it appears that NIS America is ready to provide more fun-filled Prinny action, literally. Prinny 1: Can I Really Be The Hero, and Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood!, both of which were originally PlayStation Portable games, will be ported to the Switch in Prinny 1 2: Exploded and Reloaded. While the mainline Disgaea franchise is classified as a strategy RPG, these two Prinny spinoffs are instead quirky 2D sidescrollers. You’ll be able to pick the game up when it launches later this Autumn.

Oh my god. I get nightmares when I think about those games. Those are pretty challenging platformers (mostly due to sluggish controls).

I've been absolutely hooked on this game, even if the voices are questionably annoying. It's good to see it coming back out of nowhere

They should've at least remade the UI in HD instead of just applying some xBrz-like filter over the whole thing and calling it a remaster. Prinny 1 and 2 are two of my top favorite PSP games so I hate seeing them treated like this.

I wouldn't cross my fingers for it - considering it's made by another company and initially published by Sony (with NIS being more of a North America publishing middleman), I doubt Nippon Ichi have any say in porting it to another system.
