Hacking Cant open system settings after removing Luma.Luma.

So, i cant open system settings after uninstalling luma, nor can i use L+R+A+DPad(UP) thing because im on the latest firmware.

And i have no flashcarts.

Can someone help me?

new issue, it wont recongnize my sd now.
i mean, it knows when on is in and or locked, but i cant use the eshop to dowload steeldiver (how i origanaly ran frogminer).
