Unfortunately you will need to have that. Without CFW the patch will not work. You can check to see if your switch is capable of running CFW by the model number on the link below. If you have a Switch Lite or a newer switch there is a good chance you will not be able to install a CFW right now. There is a fair bit of work being done to get CFW working on the switch lite but I have not been keeping too close of an eye on that.

Just use Goolge Translate for that.

If you need a hand, let me know! I'd be doing it already, however, I have no idea how to decompress, open, edit, save, and compress LZString files.

The names bother me to an extent. Like Ann being Ran, Elli being Elly, May being Mei, Barley being Mugi, etc. But I figured those're probably the names Marvelous set when they released this in Japan. (The game came with English translations already, as you know.) I'm just used to the Natsume spelling from the original HM FoMT.
