The translation are inside of the rom he don't translate it. He extracted the file of the rom and replaced it with the japonese one.

you need sdk nintendo to translation this game, im now ready to translation to my native language (Vietnamese).
First you need extract NCA and .lzs file.

I dont have nintendo sdk.. That's for developers only. Did u use sdk for unity, unreal engine or ? Extract nca and lsz and then? (sorry im to curious about this)

No, the game have more language files for german spanish french etc but are empty.

Yes, only need to rename the folder to the titleid of the asian version and change de JA in the file to KR or TW depending on the language used.
