Homebrew Boot .3dsx files with GM9?

No there is not. Those are for the homebrew launcher only.
I do believe that .3dsx requires the same code in the userland that 3DS games use in order to be launched. This is why 3DS games can't be launched from GodMode9 either. (I could be missing some details, but this is just an oversimplified explanation.)
Yeah, it just doesn't make sense considering how they are supposed to work (they replace the executable of an installed title, which in turn requires the official operating system running)
