So basically my Switch has always worked perfectly fine. But I always end up doing something to mess it up on occasion and have to get help fixing it... lol

Anyways...

I installed the NES Online NSP with the More Games 3.1.0a mod. It worked perfectly.

But a few days later (today), I tried to do the same with the SNES Online NSP and More Games 2.0 mod. But this time the process to install it was different.

(This is important)
I had to..
1. delete any SNES Online Save Data I had on my Switch if I had any (I did).
2. Download the apps "titleid" folder with the games in it, and put it on my SD card in Atmosphere/titles/"apps titleid".
3. Restart my switch.

So after all of that, I finally restarted my switch, but now its giving me a black screen.

I can boot into RCM mode fine, I can see the atmosphere logo and all the splash screens etc, but then when I am supposed to see the Nintendo Switch lock screen, instead I just see a black screen.

So the only thing I could find to fix it, was to try removing the Autoboot feature from Hekate by editing the .ini on the SD card. So that's what I did.
This is NOT fix the problem BUT it DID give me info on what exactly was causing the problem, and it turns out that after removing autoboot, when I try to turn on my switch, instead of giving me a black screen... it says "Fatal Error while loading Atmosphere" then it goes on explaining that the problem was that the Switch could not load a file from the Atmosphere/titles/(SNESOnline TITLEID FOLDER).

So basicaly! I just want to delete it now, but my switch wont turn on, in order to fix this issue I need to delete that folder. But i made a mistake...
When I put that folder on my "SD" card... I actually put it on my Switch internal memory instead...

So how can I delete that SNES Online titleid folder from the internal memory on my Switch, if the switch wont load up?

Is there a way to do this through USB or something?

or does ANYONE have any knowledge that can help me get my Switch working again AT ALL!?!?!?

Thanks in advance...

Jon ;'[

P.S - The EXACT Error I get when booting my switch with "Autoboot" turned off in Hekate, is this...

"A fatal error occurred when running Atmosphere.
Title ID: 00ff747765616bff
Error Desc: std::abort() called (0xffe)
Report saved to /atmosphere/fatal_errors/report_0000000007ab66cd.bin

Press POWER to reboot."

P.P.S - Sorry, I am actually getting that error with Autoboot turneD ON in Hekate, not with it turned off.

ALSO, When I look into my SD card for the "titleid" (the SNES Online titleid folder I put on my SD card earlier) that is causing the error, to delete it, it's not there. The SDRoot/atmosphere/titles folder is empty.

When I had copied the SNES Online titleid folder over to my SD card earlier, there had already been another folder in my SDRoot/atmosphere/titles folder.

But now they dont show up when I plug my Sd card into my PC.

So thats why I was htinking that maybe I accidentally copied the SNES Online titleid folder to my internal memory on the switch, instead of the SD.

I think that is where my problem lies...

You normally can't just copy files to your internal memory. The titles folder shouldn't be empty. Try to start with a clean slate.

Make a copy on your pc of all Atmosphere related folders and then delete them from your sd card.

Afterwards download the latest version of Atmosphere and copy it to your sd card. Try afterwards to load Atmosphere with the fusee payload that comes with it.

Be aware: The titles folder is now called contents with the newest version of Atmosphere. Don't let that confuse you.

Alright, well I am actually in the middle of the deletion of atmosphere from my sd card, and then the reinstallation of it.What I meant when I said the titles folder is gone... is that the TITLE ID folder INSIDE the titles frolder, is gone. Earlier today I put a folder INSIDE my atmosphere/titles folder, and the follder was called 00073FF000107000 or something like that. it was full of my SNES Online roms and stuff. but ever since I put that folder on my SD card, now my switch wont boot, and when I look in the SD card on my PC to delete the folder I just told you about, the folder is not there anymore, so I don't understand what's going on.

Well! I think you had the right idea, I was in the middle of reinstalling atmosphere when I read your post already, but IT DID WORK! Thank you SO much for the replies!

One quesiton though.

I have 2 64GB SD Card, both with different games and HB on them, is there an easy way to update my 2nd SD card to the newest Atmosphere/hekate/sigpatches etc also? I dont even use my 2nd SD card anymore because I havent used it since I was on 8.0.1 FW, now I am on 9.1.0, would it even work? lol

The older Atmosphere version will probably not work anymore. There are some Homebrew apps you can use to update in the future:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/atmosphere-updater-an-atmosphere-updater-for-your-switch.548450/

https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatch-updater-a-way-to-update-your-sigpatches.553802/

You can't use those on your old sd card, since you would need to boot cfw in the first place. For now it would be easier to just copy the new files over.

Note that you don't necessarily need Hetake to boot Atmosphere. It has it's own payload (fusee-primary) to load it. That way you don't need to update Hetake.

oh okay thanks for all the useful info!

Also, I didn't mean updating Hekate on my SD Card, I was talking about the process of reinstalling/updating everything on the SD Card, and I updated hekate on my RCMLoader, I forgot that wasn't part of the SD Card process.

To update atmosphere just download the latest GitHub release and copy+paste it onto your micro sd. For future updates, the latest atmosphere as an own updater Homebrew which can be found with hbmenu. Sigpatches update the same way: download latest and copy+paste but there is also an updater Homebrew which does pretty much the same job.

If you're referring to updating the firmware of your emuNAND you can use choidujournx to do so. Download latest switch fw (can be found using Google), paste them on your micro SD and update using Choi.
