not sure what you mean, but there's an adapter to have a digital signal (optical plug in) for a receiver. you can plug it in with hdmi plugged in. it looks just like that, but it just has an optical out (no video cables). in fact, that's what I use, since my receiver is pretty old (no hdmi inputs).

hmm, I didn't even notice there were two separate pictures. it's hard to tell what's plugged in, because the end part of the cable is taking up much of the shot.

the two have switch but not the same pinout
