Hacking SX Autoloader working with 9.1?

Updated firmware to 9.1 along with updating SXOS_beta_v2.9.3, when I first fired up the switch it did not fully boot to the OS instead I got Error code 2168-0002.
Reading around a little I thought this might be a corrupted SDcard, but copying just the core file (excluding any xci's) to another SD resulted in the same problem.
Through a little trial and error removing the SXOS folder solved the issue, so does this mean autoloader is not yet compatible with the latest 9.1 / SXOS 2.9.3 combination?

You need to use SX Autoloader 1.30, this version is compatible with SXOS 2.9.3 and 9.1
