I'm using SX OS 2.9.2 on FW 9.0.1. I am using emuNAND as files. When I inject the payload, my Backup (emuMMC) option is greyed out. When I attempt to apply Incognito (emuMMC), I get an error stating "no emuMMC config found". Does anyone know how to fix this?

Use this.

This will make your emunand visible for both Hekate and Incognito.

The boot.dat is just the payload converted, after you finish the job, put back the old boot.dat

I copied these files to my SD card and now I receive a "Unknown pkg1 version" error when I attempt to use the Backup (emuMMC) and Incognito (emuMMC) options. Any ideas?

Same results. I originally used your boot.dat, then tried injecting both the .bin you linked and the one directly from the Incognito RCM github. All 3 methods result in "Unknown pkg1 version" errors on both the Backup and Incognito options. Just to reiterate, I am using Emunand As Files, not as a partition. I also have the card formatted as exFAT. Just trying to give as much info as possible.

Yeah file based could be causing your problem
File based is bad and slow. Try moving to partition based with emutool

Just in case anyone runs into this same issue and stumbles across this thread, I was able to successfully apply Incognito RCM. I converted my SX OS as Files to Atmosphere as Files using Emutool, which allowed me to successfully apply Incognito RCM. Then I converted the Atmosphere as Files back to SX OS as Files. It worked like a charm.

Okay so my issue is I get incognito rcm to work then I remove it from SD card and put old boot.dat back on the root and I get boot.dat? On start up

SXOS-BUNDLE_PUT_ON_SD_Card_Root.zip

Use this.
