ROM Hack Cheat Codes AMS and Sx Os, Add and Request

Ill hopefully get my heaf round how to do pointers, get my last chemo out the way and start contributing more at end of January when i finish my next round of chemo.

By the way, this has probably been asked before, but how do you disable cheats being automatically activated?
In my atmosphere folder, inside system_settings.ini, "dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0" and "dmnt_always_save_cheat_toggles = u8!0x0" exist, which sounds like cheats should be auto-disabled, but when I boot up a game any relevant cheats are still automatically loaded...

Additionally, while I thank wiitendo84 for finding two cheats for Kirby Star Allies, there's still no Infinite Health code for Ultimate Choice - where Soul Melter and Soul Melter DX reside. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it!

I have noticed there is lag when playing Super Mario Odyssey whenever you are playing with cheat codes active. The lag appears in the kingdom selection screen and in the Snow Kingdom City. Does anyone know why the lag appears in those places? If so what can be done to fix it besides playing the game without the cheat codes? The point is I want to play Super Mario Odyssey with cheat codes and not worry about lag. Can it be done if so can you please tell me?
