atmosphere here and 9.1, SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE with update 6.1 give me error when i launch the game, why?

even if i install the update in the sd, i see a 66,6mb update in internal memory, why?

Redownload Atmosphere, there was a bug in the initial release and they updated the download link to the new version that fixes the bug. So just redownload the 0.10.0 prerelease and update your files.
