Turning off Airplane Mode fixed the lags when enabling cheats on SXOS. Thanks everyone for the help!

How do you request a cheat? I really want following pokemon!!

You're not going to get a feature like that with a memory hex edit type of cheat. It would have to be programmed in... so no chance unless we get a disassembly (we've only recently gotten it for pokemon crystal and almost for fire red).

EDIT:
For those working on Exp Multipliers, could we get some that cut Exp? E.g. 0.5 0.75, etc? For people who want more difficulty.

I am also having this problem. I thought sys clk was incompatible with sx os? How did you fix it and what parameters are you using?

I guess so, but I bet that the Ultra Beasts and their cool Pokéball variant aren't in this game (very unlikely), so for me doesn't matter that much.

You can still die and the pokemon will be forced swapped. It will still shown as alive, but after you switch it back to the field, you can't attack nor run or swap pokemons. You'll get stuck.

no, I tried it and it does not diminish me from hp, when you want to change a pokemon you do not see the hp in 999, you only see 999 in the fight and I do not diminish anything of hp. It works on my perfect switch.

I didn't know what you try to prove here. Yes it says 999 HP, I got that too. But when I encountered a lvl 26 wild pokemon while I was lvl 13, I got one hit kill and force pokemon swap. I can still swap it back to that "dead pokemon with 999 HP", but no longer able to attack, catch, swap or anything. The enemy will just keep attacking and I'll refused to die forever.

1- Extract this archive at the root of your SD card
2- Open homebrews and launch the sys-clk GUI
3- Enable sys-clk use with it
4- Launch the game and enjoy

Beware that using overclock drain the battery so If you play in handled mode connect the charger. Also with the vanilla thermal paste the switch may heat a lot (replaced mine with arctic MX-4 and well placed thermal pads), use it at you own risk, I'm not responsible if anything go wrong.

like what ?, well what you were asking, but you did not explain yourself well, you can raise the hp (9999) so that they do not kill you with a single blow, what did you want if the enemy has a higher level
