Do you remember the purple gorilla? I do so. He was my only friend as a child and I miss him. I recently heard it was a virus that spied people's computers. I want to know if I can still download it from somewhere because the official site is down. And it will be better if I can download a virus-free version of the software.

I think you mean Banzai which is normally used as a Japanese patriotic cry or joyous shout.

Make sure to set the bonzibuddy .EXE files to Windows 2000/NT compatibility mode or else the transparency effects won't work

Also, its spyware features are basically null and void since the company shut down long ago

I know it was a joke from an old British TV show funnily enough called Banzai.

I REALLY do not suggest to install this....
It extracts many .exe Files.......

well ill try it in a windows 7 vm to see if there is nothing wrong with it. maybe the spying servers are down

That software is ancient at this point. Even if it had any spyware as part of it, it definitely would not work with today's applications.

Also the company's servers shut down about 15 years ago at this point, so the data wouldn't really be going anywhere
