Hacking Question SD Card Clean Start

After running kifer updater on my switch to get an nnid again I added a bunch of thing I have never used before and want to remove to go back to my clean sd card. What folders need to be kept on the sd card to keep sxos and what can be removed

Keep the Nintendo folder and any game mods located in the Titles folder.
