Hacking Help back screen switch!

Hi, I have a problem.
I inserted the game cartridge of Ring fit adventure.

And it said install new update, and as a fool I pressed ok.

So now when I star from rcm mode and hekate or through my R4 cartridge. All I get i a black screen.

I have been able to select atmosphere and can install new thing trough rcm mode but nothing els.

Does anyone have any tips for this?
I have also tryed to insert the new mode of atmosphere into the ad card. But nothing seems to work.

As a matter of troubleshooting, try the following:

1. Make a NAND backup with Hekate if you haven't already. Store it somewhere safe.
2. Remove all CFW files/folders from your SD card (that would be folders like /sept/ and /atmosphere/)
3. Download the latest Atmosphere from github (currently 0.9.4)
4. Download the latest fusee-primary (next to Atmosphere)
5. Download these signature patches
6. Put Atmosphere and the signature patches onto your SD card
7. Put the SD into your Switch
8. Launch Atmosphere using fusee-primary

If you are using a FAT32 SD card and the above steps didn't work, you should restore an old NAND backup.

Thanks now i have full power, so i can enter rcm mode, but cant start it after i enter atmosphear.

any more ideas?

If you are using a FAT32 SD card and the above steps didn't work, you should restore an old NAND backup.

restored my sd card back to FAST32 again, and now it works perfectly! thanks so much for all your help!
