@Clayton44333 Try Pink1's PS4 PKG Linker: https://github.com/pink1stools/PS4_PKG_Linker/releases
  • Make a folder on your PC and put your PKG's in it. Make sure there are no spaces or special characters in the filenames.
  • Open PKGserve.exe (ignore the update message)
  • Open PS4_PKG_Linker.exe
  • When running the above tools make sure you allow any firewall requests.
  • Double click on Directoy at the top of the PKG Linker app
  • Browse to the directory where your pkg's are and click 'Select folder'
  • The Icons for your PKG's should appear in the app on the left
  • Enter your PS4's IP in the 'PS4 IP' box on the top of the app (eg. 192.168.0.29)
  • Click on 'Tools and make sure your PC IP is correct and the port is '80'
  • Click on 'PKG List' to return to the main menu
  • Click 'Start Server' at the top of app
  • On yor PS4 run HEN then run 'Remote Package Installer'
  • In PS4 PKG Linker click on a PKG you want to install then click 'Install Package'
  • You should now see a popup on your PS4 and the PKG should start installing.
  • Press the 'PS' button on your controller and you should see the PKG installing with a progress bar under it.
Hope this helps.:)

You can use the latest Hen v2.1.1 you dont have to use 1.7 or 1.8.
The 'CUSA07994_00 is not on the ps4' message is normal. That is just showing you that PKG Linker has looked on your PS4 and CUSA07994 is not already installed.
When you click on the 'Install Package' button a popup should appear on your PS4 and it should start installing.

Have you made sure that the 'Remote Package Installer' is left open on your PS4 when trying to send the PKG's?

Have you had any requests to allow the programs in your firewall? If not temporarily disable your firewall to see it that is causing the problem.

I'm sorry I dont know what the problem is there.
I just tried adding and removing new PKG's to the folder I use and PKG Linker detected the changes without a problem.

This Is what I suggest you try:
Make sure Pkg Linker is not running when you add the new pkgs.
Put your PKGs in a new folder (or just rename it) and then double click on the folder path at the top of the program and select your new folder.

Or you could try this:

Double click on the directory path at the top of the program and select another folder that DOES NOT contain any PKG's.
Then close Pkg Linker and then re-open it.
The PKG list on the left should now be empty.(because there are no pkg's in that folder).
Now double click on the folder path again but this time select the CORRECT folder with your PKG's in it.
Pkg Linker should now show all your PKG's.

Hope this helps.:)
