and with the patch its like the original psp graphics
Without the patch is exactly like the original PSP graphics, with it the video is better than the original.
wheres the "Adrenalines' video filtering"?
It's in the Adrenaline settings, not the official settings. Just don't click open official menu, you might have to press L or R to switch to different pages.
I think the upscaling is what messes the psp graphics on the adrenline
If filtering is disabled, then the upscale is just a raw 2x upscale that's very sharp (since it's just making each PSP pixel into a 2 by 2 square of Vita pixels without blurring).
its not blurry like on my vita!
If the Vita is blurry, then you didn't disable either Adrenaline filtering or official menu filtering.
is there difference between actual psp games downloaded on ps vita vs psp emulated games on psvita?
In video quality, no, since the games are run with the exact same software, just modified to allow for things like running the xmb or using plugins.

let me get this right (sorry for bothering, am feeling dumb), this could be the problem: when i long press the ps vita button, on top there is the Adrenaline settings; inside that, there is: Main, States, Settings, and About.

inside the "Open official settings" under "Main" ive unchecked the tick "Bilinear Filtering"

when i press R, L, i can switch to different pages, under States there is the New state0, 1 2,3 etc.
next page is settings, inside is graphics filtering, smooth graphics, f.lux filter color etc etc, next is About page, in it is info and credits for Adrenline, so where is the video filtering option? or the "you didn't disable either Adrenaline filtering or official menu filtering", where is this option? also may i ask what do you set for Graphics filtering option? like original, Bilinear, sharp bilinear, Advanced AA etc? thankyou

I assume he's referring to disabling the official "Bilinear Filtering" and setting Graphics Filtering in the Adrenaline Menu to something like "Sharp bilinear without scanlines" & Smooth Graphics set to No. At least that is what I have mine set to.

I'm not sure that the "Bilinear Filtering" option is actually used if overridden in the Adrenaline Menu though.

Never do that! unless you want to throw it at me:lol:, ive just hacked my ps vita and the psp games are very blurry! i cant believe my eyes how some of you dont see this!! i can hardly see anything

Yeah. I played resistance retribution on vita and the graphic are so pixelated on the enemies, makes it hard to see. Even though the added second analog stick patch is quite useful. Let's hope the native resolution project will come to fruition soon.
For now I will stick to my psp go for psp games.

imo, the Vita is the best way to play PSP games aside from original PSP hardware.
That said, if I want to play PSP games on my 49" tv the PSTV is awesome - certainly better, given all the available options, than a PSP's video output.

Just a quick note - I've also had this issue and the problem was that Adrenaline kept resetting the filtering. Even though it's displaying "original" and "no" in the settings and the official bilinear filtering is disabled, it's still sometimes reverting to bilinear filtering when e.g. switching games. I have to switch smooth graphics from "no" to "yes" and to "no" again to fully disable filtering. It has to be a bug of some kind, my friend also has this.

Better support for ps1 games on an actual psp since you can use any version of popsloader you want. Also if you have a psp 2000 model or newer and you have a set of psp component cables you can connect your psp to a tv to play psp games on a bigger screen if you want to.

Those are the 2 main things i can think of off the top of my head.

PSPs TV out shouldn't even be a choice. It looks horrible and the screen is unscaled.
