So I did hard reset with this homebrew, and when I started my switch again it seems that it worked since I had to create a new user and setup everything like the first time I used it. But for some reason the screenshots and videos I did were still there. Now I´m confused, is the nand cleaned or not? that means nothing other than Nintendo are just biding their time waiting for the right moment to strike.

Nintendo loves to save the massive ban waves for right before huge releases. My guess would probably be Luigi's Mansion or Pokemon.

you can't
you get a console as just out of the box.
if you want your saves you can have them in the emunand area

Nintendo loves to save the massive ban waves for right before huge releases. My guess would probably be Luigi's Mansion or Pokemon.

Of course Nintendo has eyes wide open those days, also people tend to commit crazy things in those days as it happened with "pokemon sun and moon" that was filtered before launch and there were people trying to connect online before the official launch
they were ban of course

even if you clean the "nand" by jumping on one leg and screaming 33.
if nintendo detects something weird you are BAN, XD

As I've already told and explained in other places this software has been advertised: using this will lead to a ban, in almost all cases.

It is known that Nintendo checks for mismatching erpt and prepo save data, and bans in consequence. Using this on your console will get you banned.
The only case where this would be considered 100% safe would be if you absolutely never connected to Nintendo's servers using your console.

People who have been doing it using system modules for clearing erpt save data have been banned for mismatching information. Please do not claim your method is "working".
The precise fact of clearing save data on SYSTEM has even been said by Nintendo themselves to be a cause of device bans.

Ok and what solution do you propose, besides not using it?

unfortunately, who was not smart and did not make a backup before cfw, can't do much

the factory reset does not delete anything just resets the user database and something else
compromising data such as telemetry logs, etc. They are not deleted at all
think that doing a factory reset clean your console, you'll be ban

Haku33 deletes everything manually taking advantage of cfw permissions
leaving only the list of system nca installed required to boot
