Homebrew Question USB Installs with NUT

I've been using NUT with tinfoil for a while to install my NSP's via USB but now I'm trying to install an NSP without the TITLEID and idk why it appears in NUt but not in tinfoil. The NSP is a backup that a friend had and because I didn't found it anywhere I made a backup of his NSP and tried to install it in my console, but now I can't.

add usbfs to file browser in Tinfoil and you will see it.
