Hacking Question Switch is currently bricked?

This is most likely the power management chip or the video chip when they go switch acts this way unfortunately this is very BIG problem and many units have that issue with multimeter can be checked what chip is bad and then the chip can be replaced but you need someone that can do that and yes those chip can just go bad like that for no reason Nintendo really didnt put any money in the Switch
Btw it dosnt matter if you use CFW or not that sh*t happens

Update: So I had it opened and looks like removing the battery and putting it back in didn't do anything the tech also made sure to use another switch battery just to make sure that the battery had a certain amount of charged yet. But it still wouldn't get detected by the PC.

Also he made sure to check if the SD card reader of the switch is perfectly working because that was the first error related that happened before it became like this. But even after it still not working.
