when you click "refresh", can you only install one game folder after that ?

I planned to drop all my nonpdrm folders into the app folder and do more than one

I know for a fact you can do as many as you want through PKGj as they queue to Live Area.

actually, the limit with pkgj is around 25. it will error that there's too many downloads even when queued. I think it's a limit of the vita itself.
