Because theirs loads of people that like to show off that they have the skills to make their own tools and do codes that public users cant.

The fact theirs a video proves said cheat exists or else the video couldnt be recorded.

who knows, maybe it is just a proof of concept that cheats could be made like the Fire Emblem Three Houses all +1 stats on lv up that many people in the FE3H Hacking thread wanted

It makes your save the first save no matter how many times you save. I've not seen a infinite ink ribbon but there are slot codes that make whatever is in that slot infinite...so theoretically you could have a infinite ink ribbon that way
